My Story
I was born on a picturesque peninsula in Ningbo, in southeastern China – surrounded by dense bamboo forests and the gentle shimmer of the emerald-green sea. From an early age, I was embraced by the loving traditions of Chinese medicine. I learned that body and soul are inseparable, and that true health means far more than the mere absence of illness: it is a deeply felt state of balance and harmony.
In 2003, my path led me to Germany as an exchange student. After my studies, I worked in international companies as a strategic buyer. Amid endless international meetings, projects, and negotiations, I encountered the German concept of “work-life balance” – an ideal that was at once inspiring and challenging. My weekdays were so packed that I barely found time to care for myself or nurture my inner well-being. Only on weekends did I escape to the mountains.
As a mother of two wonderful daughters, life entered a new phase after my parental leave – the balancing act between family and career. Commuting between kindergarten, the office, and home, I often felt trapped in a daily routine that left little space for myself. Gradually, I noticed my inner balance shifting, and my health began sending its first warning signals.
Then, in 2020, came the turning point: an illness led to a hospital stay and surgery. Seven days of rest and reflection became a powerful reminder to finally listen to my body and soul. In that moment, the wish grew within me to share the familiar and treasured principles of Chinese health traditions here – to gently guide others toward renewed vitality and inner peace.
With dedication, I have spent years immersing myself in traditional Chinese head massage, Gua Sha, Bo Jin, and Qigong.

In Munich, I founded “Ling Qi – TCM Head Spa” – a place where every treatment becomes a small journey back to yourself.
Each session is tailored individually to the needs of the person before me, guided by the wisdom of the Five Elements to bring the scalp, neck, shoulders, and mind into harmony. To complete the experience, I serve you a Five Elements tea prepared especially for you – a gentle embrace for body and soul.
I believe that true beauty and health radiate from within. This work is far more than a profession to me – it is my mission. With every touch, I want to share the power of traditional Chinese head and health therapies, helping people unite body and mind in harmony, and guiding them toward their true balance and well-being.
I warmly invite you to leave your fatigue behind and step into my world. Together, we will find the path to your personal balance and your radiant sense of well-being.
